About the Founder
At Blooming Minds, Anamika is dedicated to helping children build the skills they need to thrive with confidence and independence. As the Founder and Early Intervention Specialist, she brings over 20 years of teaching and learning support experience, working with both local and international families.

With a Master's in Psychology, an Advanced Diploma in Early Intervention, and a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education, Anamika provides personalized support for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Global Developmental Delay (GDD), hearing loss, and other developmental challenges. Her child-centered approach focuses on improving communication, learning, social interaction, behavior, and everyday life skills through evidence-based intervention.


Based locally, Blooming Minds partners closely with parents and schools to create individualized learning plans that empower every child to reach their full potential. Anamika believes that with the right guidance, patience, and early support, every child can bloom.

Work Experience

As the Founder and Early Intervention Specialist, she brings over 20 years of teaching and learning support experience, working with both local and international families. Her extensive professional background includes roles at Magdeline Kindergarten, Chiltern House East Coast, SPD, the WeCAN Early Intervention Programme, and the Australian International School Singapore. 

With a Master's in Psychology, an Advanced Diploma in Early Intervention, a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education, a Certificate in Autism, and IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) training, Anamika provides personalized support for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Global Developmental Delay (GDD), hearing loss, and other developmental challenges. Her child-centered approach focuses on improving communication, learning, social interaction, behavior, and everyday life skills through researched and evidence-based intervention.  

To support diverse learning needs, Anamika is trained in specialized frameworks and tools, including AEPS (Assessment, Evaluation, and Programming System), PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System), and the ECHO Framework. She also utilizes structured literacy and curriculum approaches such as the Australian InitiaLit program, Under the Reading Tree, and Cracking the ABC Code. Based locally, Blooming Minds partners closely with parents and schools to create individualized learning plans that empower every child to reach their full potential. Anamika believes that with the right guidance, patience, and early support, every child can bloom.
